What do I need to do before my immigration physical?

Incoming immigrants will need to provide a few important pieces of information before they schedule their immigration physical. A brief list of the items you will need includes : 

  • Up-to-date medical records including medications and medical history 
  • Government-issued photo identification 
  • Vaccination records 
  • Payment options
